The query to identify the table is almost the same as before: select object_name(id), name, indid, first, root, used_pgs(id,doampg, ioampg) from sysindexes where indid < 2 order by first 3) If there is a log fragment early in the database, wait until the log has no allocations on the fragment, drop the log segment, add the system segment. The used pages count gives an indication of how large an alter database can be used afterwards. For each 8 pages (or part thereof) allocated to the dropped index/table you can safely create another 8Gb of database space.
