The problem can be avoided temporarily by increasing the value of configuration parameter "additional network memory" with additional megabytes of memory or by rebooting the server to release memory resources.

Workaround Description  This is a problem due to a coding error in which non-equisarg predicates are sometimes chosen over the more preferred equi-sarg predicates. One way of workaround this is to change AND ( CA.CUSTOMER_ACCOUNT > @sql3 ) to the following AND ( CA.CUSTOMER_ACCOUNT - @sql3 > 0 ) but the correct solution would be to get the fix for CR 468190 which corrects the choice of which search arguments (sargs) to prefer Turn on 12.5 plan priming via traceflag 15305 or the set ase125_primed command.
